Welcome to Solidaridad Sin Fronteras.

Solidaridad sin fronteras is a non-profit organization created in 2004 with the mission to assist, guide and provide financial support to its members. The organization is made up of 2,543 health care professionals.

Health Experts Leadership Providers (HELP): - Is a program of Solidaridad Sin Fronteras.The fundamental purpose of the HELP program is to assist Healthcare Professionals with the financial support they need for the necessary training that will allow them to pass their examinations and be able to practice their professions. The program provides training courses, seminars and financial assistance.

 We strive to bring immediate medical assistance to any scenario, whether it’s local or international, when we determine that our services are required in emergency situations which may result from nature or man-made catastrophe.

We aim to create health programs on the local, national, and international levels; these will hopefully contribute to alleviate the great needs and critical problems which the World faces in a cyclical manner.

To achieve our goals we have four programs:

1.- HELP - South Florida is involved  in a series of activities designed to offer new health care services for low-income and uninsured people and recipients of Medicaid and other social assistance programs in our community in great need by utilizing our Volunteer  Movement  which is a labor force made up of hundreds of healthcare professionals residing in the state of Florida.

2.- HELP - International : provides immediate response to emergency medical needs and supports short or long-term health care programs for people worldwide.

3. Scholarships Program is a program to assist Healthcare Professionals (medical doctors, dentist, nurses and pharmacists) with the financial support they need for the necessary training that will allow them to pass their examinations and be able to practice their professions.  

4. The Foreign Medical Program (FMP) is a program that aims to assist, guide and provide opportunities for healthcare professional graduates from other countries who want to integrate in the health care system of the United States.
